1 cup Chicken Broth
1 Can or Pkg. (10 oz.) Green Beans; drained
2 cups Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless); cooked, chopped
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 can (8 oz.) Water Chestnuts; sliced, drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French's French Fried Onions; cut up

Directions:
Cook and chop chicken.  Make rice according to directions on package, except replace 1 cup water with the 1 cup chicken broth.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together (reserving 1/2 of French Fried Onions.  Sprinkle remaining onions on top.  Bake in 2-quart round casserole or 9x13 pan for 30-45 minutes.  (Potluck prep: Double recipe and place in 6-quart crockpot on low to keep warm. You can also prepare it in the crockpot on low for 2 hours, or high for 1 hour.)
