Timely Tips on Tuesday: Cooking Show: Easter Ham Dinner with Scalloped Potatoes

Hi! Well, today I thought you'd like to see Rob Barrett's "Cooking for Dads" Easter Dinner! Easter is just weeks away, and if you don't have your menu planned yet, I think you'll love these recipes (and even if you do, you just might want to change!)  The ham recipe Rob's using today is very similar to the way that I've been cooking ham for many years. (It's my mom's recipe, and it has worked "deliciously"!)  But, I learned a few tricks from Rob, by watching this video, to make it easier! Also, his easy Scalloped Potatoes dish is one that you're sure to like--comfort food at its best! Scalloped Potatoes is one of my husband's favorite dishes, but I don't make it very often because it's a little "putsy". In this video, he gave some great ideas for making it fast!  (My husband will be so happy.) Enjoy!
